The Federation of Students, also known as FedS, is the body that represents the undergraduate student population on and off campus. They own and operate the Bomb Shelter Pub, Fed Hall, Federation Express (Convenience Store), the Used Bookstore, Wasabi, and the Fed Bus, as well as organize many events and/or trips which are generally open to all students and their guests. They also oversee services such as Campus Response Team, the Food Bank, GLOW (Queer and Questioning Community Center), International Students Connection (ISC), Off Campus Dons, Student Refugee Program, UWSP (Sustainability Project) and the Women’s Center. Almost all Clubs and Societies fall under the FedS umbrella.

The Graduate Students’ Association (GSA) is the body that represents graduate students on and off campus. They operate the Grad House (food and bar service), as well as providing services such as legal/tax aid, health and dental insurance, financial support for events organized by graduate students, organizing the Graduate Students Research Conference, and a variety of social events and/or trips throughout the term.

The ISC organizes events that target new international students such as trips to touristic attractions (Niagara Falls, Wonderland, Montreal, etc) as well as social events such as the Talent Show, Welcoming BBQ, and Beach Volleyball BBQ.

Clubs and Services Days which are held on the second Thursday and Friday of every term is a chance for students to become familiar with that term’s active Clubs and Services. Many clubs let you sign up for their mailing list there and then, while others hold demonstrations or pass out information.
